Role Termination & Testing Client Representative required for Offshore Wind Farm Construction Developer based in the United States. Market Access & Settlements Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in The United Kingdom Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end Elexon BSC accession process, including authorised persons, party role registration, BMU registration, and credit cover requirements. Secure any required waivers or testing approvals. Oversee appointment and coordination with Meter Operator Agent Manage installation, testing, and registration of SVA and CVA metering in compliance with CoP requirements. Transmission Lead Consent Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities Managing the deliverables of the consultants in the responsible areas. Responsible for stakeholder engagement in relevant EIA topics. Ensure strong cooperation within the Project for all packages in relation to consenting risk and deliverables including legal, stakeholder and engineering team. Ensure strong cooperation within the Project in relation to risk and deliverables. Close coordination with the Offshore Lead, Onshore Lead and Advisor, Land Manager and Commercial Development Manager. Responsible for identifying and communicating consenting and wider project risks as they become known to the Strategic Consent Lead and Workstream Consenting Manager and Deputy, to de risk for the project. Support upcoming Ground Investigation Survey works from a Consenting point of view, incl. risk management and advice to the Engineering workstream. Key tasks In respect of relevant topics, deliver Examination Strategy, Statements of Common Ground as well as written and oral answers to the Examining Authority. In conjunction with others, deliver buildable consent of the offshore and onshore elements of the project on time and to budget according to the programme. Input to and influence examination strategy in relevant EIA areas to minimise risk in line with the Project's expectations. Senior Marine Coordinator needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in Poland. Responsibilities: Oversee and Manage the Marine Coordination Centre (MCC) and associated personnel, systems and processes. Lead the safe, efficient, and compliant coordination of all marine activities associated with offshore wind farm construction and operations. Act as the primary point of contact for marine coordination across all phases of the offshore project. Ensure adherence to marine safety regulations, project standards, and environmental protection guidelines. Coordinate vessel traffic and offshore personnel transfer in real-time using marine coordination software. Maintain up-to-date marine coordination procedure. Manage interface with third-party contractors, vessel operators, port authorities, and maritime stakeholders. Lead daily marine coordination meeting. SIMOPS management between vessels and offshore assets. Monitor and assess metocean conditions to support safe maritime operations. Support incident investigations and root cause analyses. Collaborate with construction management teams to align marine coordination with overall project timelines and safety goals. WTG Lead Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities Act as technical focal point for all interactions between WTG and foundation primary steel components. Coordinate with foundation design teams to define and manage engineering milestones and timelines. Review and validate technical requirements from the turbine OEM and ensure compatibility with both foundation types, e.g. foundation interface flange Ensure timely delivery of interface documentation and alignment with engineering/project milestones Use a deep understanding of loads and analysis to prepare and execute the Integrated Load Analysis (ILA) required for the WTG/Foundation Coordinate with turbine OEM and project certification body to ensure that the project-specific WTG components comply with all code and regulatory requirements Manage exchange and review of certification deliverables for the primary steel design and loads calculation Drive the technical resolution of certification findings and ensure alignment across turbine OEMs and foundation designers. Oversee integration of LV equipment and secondary steel elements with both foundation types. Responsibilities Developing the Project Business Case; overseeing financial modelling, driving optimisation by liaison with technical, consents, asset package leaders and other project functions. Commercial (non-purchase agreements, CfD, OFTO, PPAs, Insurance, hedging, etc. Project Finance: ensuring the project is 'bankable', engagement of and liaison with advisors. Liaison with project finance functions in shareholder organisations. Financial; overseeing the Finance Manager effecting all accounting and treasury functions. Leading cost control, forecasting and management systems. Liaison with shareholder asset managers on matters in relation to the Joint Venture Company. Managerial oversight of the Legal function within the project; (note the Project Counsel also has dotted line responsibility direct to the PD). Risk management; ensuring balanced risk proposition in the business case. Route to Market strategy definition & implementation. Ensuring comprehensive and robust management and control systems and procedures are in place and being implemented effectively. Extensive experience in project commercial and finance functions in the renewable energy sector (this may include some or all of economic evaluation, deal structuring, energy markets and trading, hedging, insurance). Good all-round understanding of commercial, financial, business principles and risk mitigation practices. A good understanding and general experience of the Development, Construction and Operational phases of an offshore wind projects.
