Total Staff SErvices are looking to recruit for a QA Assistant to work for our clinet in Runcorn who are a Global Healthcare Company, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience within a QA Department and available to commit to a 12 month FTC. This role is to support with the workload in their QA and Compliance Team. There will be a bonus at the end of the fixed term contract. 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday (Apply online only)hrs.

Pay: 28,000.00- 34,000.00 per year Job description: Job Title : Vehicle Technician Location : Ellesmere Port (CH65 area) Salary : 28,000 - 34,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours : Full-time, permanent About the Role We're looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established automotive team in Ellesmere Port. This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys working on a wide range of vehicles, delivering high standards of workmanship, and providing customers with peace of mind. If you're looking for a role where your skills will be fully utilised - and where no two days are the same - this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional workshop. Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled servicing, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of vehicles. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment and manual methods. Perform repairs and component replacements, from minor fixes to more complex mechanical and electrical work. Conduct MOT testing (if certified) or support the MOT process to ensure vehicles meet DVSA standards. Road test vehicles after repair to ensure issues are resolved and work has been completed to specification. Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures. Accurately complete job cards, service sheets, and parts usage records to maintain clear audit trails. Liaise with service advisors, parts teams, and customers to provide updates on repair progress, costs, and recommendations. Advise customers on additional safety or preventative maintenance work that may be required. Keep the workshop, tools, and equipment clean, safe, and well maintained. Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians when required. Stay up to date with new vehicle technologies, diagnostic equipment, and industry best practice. What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Solid workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician. MOT Testing certification (preferred, but not essential). Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. A safety-first mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer care. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop. What's on Offer: Salary between 28,000 - 34,000 depending on experience.
