Assistant Management Accountant We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK grower and importer within the food sector for an Assistant Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced finance team supporting the business's continued growth. The Assistant Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the month-end process, producing accurate financial information, and contributing to the wider finance function. What We Are Looking For Strong experience in managing key customer accounts, ideally within produce, food, or FMCG. Proven commercial focus with the ability to deliver against targets and budgets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to influence at all levels. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and persuasive manner. Ability to build trust and credibility with both customers and internal teams. Good business sense with experience in reporting, budgeting, and commercial decision-making. Previous experience in the produce sector is highly advantageous.
