What You ll Be Doing No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team of around 45 Class C & Class C&E drivers to deliver daily collections and meet key targets. Coordinating the raw material supply chain, working closely with customers and internal teams. Planning efficient use of our vehicle fleet to maximise service levels and minimise downtime. Ensuring compliance with transport regulations, health & safety, and company standards. Recruiting, training, and developing drivers. Maintaining driver records and monitoring drivers hours in line with EU Road Haulage Legislation. Producing vehicle KPI reports and handling general site compliance admin. We also recycle the food waste packaging. Our plants provide an environmentally sustainable solution for all waste producers looking for a safe method of diverting food waste from landfills. The Position Applications are invited for a Service Delivery Driver - Class C at our Dagenham Site, working 48 hours per week across a 5-days from 6 week (Monday to Saturday). This is an afternoon shift pattern commencing at 13.00. We work in line with the EU Drivers Hours rules and the Working Time Directive (WTD). As a Service Delivery Driver - Class C - your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company s requirements but will include: The collection and exchange of 240 ltr wheelie bins from clients premises containing food and catering waste. Returning the wheelie bins to the Dagenham site and offloading the material into hoppers Completion of all required documentation Ensuring the vehicle is well maintained and clean, undertaking required vehicle checks. To act as an ambassador on behalf of ReFood, ensuring that the client is treated courteously and respectfully. Use an electronic PDA in accordance with internal system requirements. The Person Hold a full, clean HGV Class C Driving licence (Class C+E Licence would be advantageous). Be smart in appearance (uniform is provided) and have a pleasant manner. Represent the company positively when visiting sites and communicating with customers. Demonstrate their understanding of EU Rules and WTD. Undertake a Disclosure and Barring check, as required. Hold their Driver CPC. Hold a Digital Tachograph Driver Card. Experience of using PDA consignment note systems would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

As a SHEP Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company s requirements but will include: To ensure that all relevant Health and Safety Regulations are followed at all times. Control and operate basic plant and equipment as efficiently and safely as possible to define quality specifications. Report and investigate deviations from normal operating conditions and be able to deal with basic production. Complete any necessary paperwork. The Person Must be able to prioritise the workload. Have excellent communication skills. Be able to work carefully and methodically and have the ability to concentrate for long periods during repetitive work. Be flexible with working hours. To be self-motivated and work well in a team. The Position An exciting opening has arisen for a suitably qualified Mechanical Fitter to join the team at ReFood s Anaerobic Digestion facility in Doncaster. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an established and growing company, that is committed to helping conserve natural resources and protect the environment. The ideal candidate will be a safety conscious individual with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. This is a full-time permanent position working 12-hours shifts on a 4 on 4 off basis (days only). As a Mechanical Fitter your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company s requirements but will include: Day to day maintenance of all plant and machinery Conduct risk assessments on all jobs before undertaking any work/tasks. Undertaking planned preventative maintenance and lubrication schedule on plant assets such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, and valves To operate Depac when required To respond and fix alarms on Scada (process alarms) Completion of reactive tasks as per defect list, obtain readings from various on-site meters and completion of relevant check sheets. Assisting with contractor and third-party asset services and general housekeeping. Complete all logs and job sheets as required. Be expected to adhere to all Site and Saria Group Health and Safety Regulations and required to attend Health and Safety, Fire and Welfare Training both on and off site. To install and maintain equipment ensuring minimum interruptions to production. To assist in any other duties and ad hoc projects as and when required. Assisting other mechanical/operational departments when required. The Person Hold a recognised apprenticeship or CGLI or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. Engineering experience (this would be advantageous if this was in the AD industry). Must be a team worker and help the team to be progressive and develop. Experienced in working with and applying isolations and isolation systems LOTO (Mechanical and Electrical). Dual Skilled mechanical/Electrical is desirable but not essential. Experience of Centrifugal, Lobe, Diaphragm, and screw pumps. Able to replace shafts seals and bearings, pipework, fittings, and couplings. Confident with valve replacements and basic pneumatics. Must be used to working at height.

As an AD Site Operative your duties and responsibilities will vary but will include: Assisting Management in controlling and coordinating the safe and efficient operation of the ReFood operation in accordance with management instructions, Health & Safety and Legislative requirements. Operating the mobile plant in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Group Policies and Procedures. Making sure all jobs are finished on time, to the correct specification, standard and within the boundaries of current legislation. Ensuring that the facility, its plant, and equipment are maintained and cleaned as specified. Be responsible for the incoming raw material, ensuring it is dealt with in a safe and efficient manner. Working in accordance with staff rosters and the provision of cover for planned / unplanned absence. To support with weighbridge duties, such as paperwork regarding incoming and outgoing material. Along with traffic management, when required. Undertaking any other duties reasonably requested by the ReFood Management Team. The Person Have the ability to handle raw material. Some heavy lifting may be required. Be able to work on your own or as part of a team with minimal supervision. Experience of working within a manufacturing / FMCG industry. Have the ability to undertake, process and quality check raw material and associated paperwork and perform basic lab tests. Be able to work to HACCP System. Have a keen eye for detail, be flexible, practical, hardworking and able to work under own initiative. A Forklift Truck license would be advantageous. Be willing to complete relevant training courses in accordance with production standards and requirements of site. Be computer literate.
