What you'll be doing: Deputising for the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, opening & closing and also running the store effectively in their absence. Working predominantly on the shop floor, you'll be a brand ambassador, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience. Taking the lead on personal styling and building customer relationships. Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand, demonstrating in depth product knowledge. Ensuring exceptional standards of presentation throughout the store at all times. Visual merchandising to showcase the brand and drive performance. Delivering sales & KPI's in store through the team. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand, product and customer - driving passion for other store team members and our customers. Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or team concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience. Delegating tasks to team members. Processing deliveries in an accurate and timely manner. Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to. About You: You will have retail experience as well as a real passion for fashion. Your customer service will be second-to-none and you will thrive in an environment which is centred around providing extraordinary service. Your excellent communication and people skills will enable you to deal confidently with customers and the store team.
