The supplier has two 4 bed homes in Brent and Harrow and they are seeking an experienced manager or deputy manager to manage both services. You must have experience within a ofstead regulated environment. Also you should have or be working towards a NVQ level 4 or 5 qualification. The service users mainly have had issues with the fostering service. Responsibilities include:- To manage and support an allocated caseload of young people aged 16+ by having key responsibility to ensure the provision and co-ordination of practical, personal, emotional, social and financial advice to enable a successful transition to adulthood. Assess the needs of young people by actively contributing to the assessment and preparation of the Pathway Plan to enable young people to achieve independent living. To oversee an allocated caseload of services and staff ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery in line with Ofsted National Minimum standards and Supported Accommodation Regulations.
