Main Duties and Responsibilities Adhere to company and client H&S policies, RAMS and procedures, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with building regulations and report any issue to the Installation Manager. Perform installations as scheduled and directed. Review individual job requirements and communicate any problems to the Installation Manager. Interact with sales team and clients, explaining the process and addressing/resolving any queries or concerns. Ensure all materials, tools, fasteners etc. for client jobs are present, correct, wrapped, and securely loaded on the vehicle before leaving the office, if applicable. Load and unload signage material, equipment, tools etc. as required. Prepare and clean installation sites prior to commencing work, maintain a clean and safe working environment during installation, ensuring all rubbish is removed and the site is left clean and safe. Ensure quality control to detect and correct problems at each stage of the installation process. Document installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Where method/risk statements are issued for a specific job, ensure they are read, understood, and signed. Photograph all installations and send them to the Project Manager before leaving site. Keep installation vehicle organised and clean internally and externally. Perform daily/weekly vehicle safety checks and report any damage, wear, and tear etc. through the Ram Assist app. Booking in servicing as required. Ensure good presentation of yourself through company branded clothing and PPE issued. Operate various equipment, hand and power tools following safety guidelines and completing safety functionality checks before use. Ensure that all equipment, tools, and PPE are looked after and safely stored away after use. Maintain required training certification CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, etc. Key Competencies: Technical skills and knowledge to understand, follow and implement installation instructions. Strong focus on detail and quality of work to ensure the highest standard of installation. Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Basic mathematical skills for measuring and aligning during installation tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Good physical fitness and strength required to handle heavy equipment and materials, as well as to work in various physical positions such as bending, kneeling, or standing for long periods.

Monitor print quality throughout runs, ensuring all products meet customer specifications. Carry out colour matching, plate mounting, and ink management as required.
