The Role Kortext is seeking a number of proactive and relationship-driven Publisher Services Executive's to lead the expansion of our global publisher network. This role is pivotal in identifying and engaging publishers-whether they already offer ebooks or are transitioning from physical formats-to join the Kortext platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for signing up new publishers, guiding them through onboarding, and managing ongoing relationships to ensure long-term success. A dynamic opportunity to shape the digital future of academic publishing while working across international markets and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support. The Publisher Services Executive will work collaboratively with Sales and Operations colleagues as well as other Kortext departments and colleagues. Key responsibilities Identifying and reaching out to potential new publishers across multiple countries to join the Kortext ebook platform. Engaging with publishers who may already have ebook sellers as well as those who currently only offer physical books, providing tailored support to facilitate their transition to digital. Signing up new publishers to the Kortext platform, ensuring all necessary agreements and documentation are signed and completed efficiently Onboarding publishers to the Kortext platform, including training and support to ensure successful content and metadata loading Ensuring that publisher pricing data and pricing models are accurately ingested during the onboarding process, enabling seamless integration into the Kortext platform. Managing ongoing relationships with publishers post-onboarding, providing continuous support and engagement to maintain strong partnerships. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure publisher needs are met and platform offerings are aligned with publisher capabilities Monitoring publisher performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement • Support the enhancement and usage of Kortext metadata for bibliographic and curation purposes Providing input into Departmental process reviews and enhancement programmes Collaborating across Kortext Departments to fulfil key responsibilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Experience: Publishing: 2 years (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bournemouth BH8 8EZ
