Are you a Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Fee Earning Paralegal? Our client is a 4 office high street practice based in West Sussex and Hampshire offering a range of legal services to its clients which includes Private Client, Property, Commercial law, Family law and Litigation advice. You will be joining a team of 6 lawyers spread across 4 different offices in the Wills Trusts & Estates team. Individuals will be dealing with an existing workload as well as playing a key role managing/supervising more junior member of the team. A wide breadth of experience will be considered including Probate & Estate matters, Wills & LPAs, Trusts, and ability to advise on Tax planning issues. You should be IT literate and be confident working with Case Management systems. This role would suit either an experienced FILEX or Solicitor (3yrs+ PQE) or perhaps a more junior fee earning Paralegal/lawyer (trainee SQE) able to draft Wills, LPAs and/or deal with Probate & Estate matters. Position offers the flexibility to be based at any of the firms high street offices along the West Sussex/Hampshire coast. Are you a Conveyancer looking for a role in either Ashford, Medway or Dartford? Joining this established Residential Property team of over 20 lawyers you will be dealing with a broad mix of conveyancing work acting for private individuals, panel lenders, small scale developers and BTL investors. Alongside the day to day sales/purchase and re-financing work the successful individuals will also be exposed to new build property transactions, auction sales and lease extensions. You will be dealing with Residential sales as well as Commercial Property sales/purchases (retail units, shops, offices etc.), business leases, under-leases, licenses to assign and deeds of variation and overage agreements. Any additional experience with asset/share sales/purchases, or IP/IT work would be an advantage. This role will be mainly office based for junior lawyers although some home/remote working (2-3 days) will be on offer for more experienced lawyers/solicitors at around the 3yr+ PQE. Re-Mortgage Fee Earner / Lawyer required for established high street practice based in Burgess Hill. This is a new role in the property department acting exclusively for two of the firms lender clients dealing with their residential re-mortgage cases. You will be expected to manage a full caseload of re-mortgage files through to completion, working towards completion targets and providing clients with a fast, efficient and high-quality service throughout. Individuals will be expected to carry out a title investigation and searches, identification checks, obtain redemption statements for every charge affecting the property, check mortgage offers and progress cases through to completion. You will be liaising with clients, borrowers and mortgage advisers keeping all parties informed.
