Temporary Contract Opportunity: HR Delivery Managers Needed We're recruiting three HR Delivery Managers for a temporary project. Duration : 1st October to mid-late December Pay Rate : £28.60-£31.00/hour (DOE) Location : Hybrid - flexibility required for on-site presence in Huntingdon. Hours: 37-hour working week, possibly 30 hours would be considered These roles are part of a business-wide structural change and will not follow the standard HR Delivery Manager responsibilities. The focus will be on consultation meetings related to role changes and redundancies. Key Experience Required: Strong understanding of redundancy processes Proven experience in individual consultation meetings Ability to manage sensitive conversations and adapt communication style Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and admin skills (note-taking, updating spreadsheets, scheduling meetings, filing, etc.) Capable of guiding individuals through internal processes and signposting to support services Key Activities: Support line managers with individual consultation meetings Manage FAQs and respond to questions and queries Take detailed notes and update spreadsheets Schedule follow-up meetings and maintain accurate records Adapt communication style based on meeting context and manager involvement Please apply within
