Working for a national main contractor or strong tier 2 is an advantage but not essential. Our client values good, hard working, people who are willing to learn and progress. Their office is based in Teesside and the successful candidate will be required to travel to sites across the North East. Responsibilities: Review contracts and provide client advice. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled. Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures when necessary. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders. Oversee the negotiation and administration of contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure that contracts are adhered to and that work is completed within the specified scope and budget. Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the construction process.
