We are recruiting for a Remanufacturing Technician for a permanent role based in the Automotive Manufacturing sector, focused on the high-volume build and test of fuel pumps and injectors. This is a critical position, with annual output targets of over 75,000 injectors and 13,000 pumps. We re looking for a technically adept problem-solver with a passion for quality and a strong focus on targets. Given the repetitive and precision-based nature of the role, attention to detail, patience, and perseverance are essential. Position: Remanufacturing Technician Fuel Pumps & Injectors Key Responsibilities: Assess components for suitability and prepare them for rebuild Follow OE-approved build specifications Build and test injectors/pumps to manufacturer standards Maintain a high standard of work and complete accurate documentation Comply with clean room procedures, QHSE requirements, and production targets Ideal Candidate Profile: Target-driven. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience in a technical or mechanical assembly role. Knowledge of fuel injection technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (or willingness to learn). Team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Duties Conduct regular inspections of circuit board including surface mount components and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform soldering and unsoldering Perform detailed analysis of inspection results and report findings to management. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities. Working hours 8:15am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, early finish on Friday

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying metallic coatings to various substrates to enhance their appearance and protect them from corrosion. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate electroplating equipment and machinery to apply coatings accurately. Prepare surfaces for plating by cleaning, polishing, and masking as necessary. Monitor the electroplating process to ensure quality standards are met. Load and unload materials and products from the electroplating line. Maintain accurate records of production and inventory using a warehouse management system. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling chemicals and heavy materials. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:45am - 4:45pm with an early finish on Friday
