Be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline and hold a professional qualification such as CEng or MAPM. Plan and manage resource allocation, including labour, plant, and material resources. Implement and drive health and safety standards across projects. Manage sub-contractors and liaise with additional stakeholders. Deliver construction management duties on rail infrastructure projects. Oversee sub-stations, power supply, and feeder works. Utilise LV and HV experience to ensure project success. Ensure effective delivery of E&P projects, driving work progress. Strong knowledge & experience of Rail Systems
