The service provides specialist outreach support to adults with a history of rough sleeping across Gloucestershire. It focuses on both the rural districts of Tewkesbury, Forest of Dean, Stroud, and the Cotswolds, as well as the urban areas of Gloucester and Cheltenham. Working in partnership with local housing and support organisations, you will be offering holistic services designed to empower clients, helping them build skills, resilience, and independence.
