Work closely with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals. Matrix Organisational Structure: Thrive in a matrix organisational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or higher degree in Systems Engineering or related field. Proven background and experience in engineering design, system engineering, or project/product implementation. Familiarity with both analogue and digital electronics development. Demonstrated experience in complex direct customer liaison. Strong understanding of a matrix organisational structure. Awareness of software development principles.
