Job Opportunity: Adult ADHD Assessor (RMN / RNLD) - Onsite/Remote - Self-Employed Location: Remote & Onsite in Canterbury (flexible hybrid options) Role Type: Self-employed / Outside IR35 Schedule: Flexible - work as much or as little as suits you (7 days a week available) Pay Rate: £150 per completed assessment (approximately 2.5 hours per assessment)Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for neurodiversity and a proven track record in ADHD assessment?We are seeking experienced clinicians to join our growing team of Adult ADHD Assessors. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults living with undiagnosed ADHD, while working flexibly and autonomously. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive adult ADHD assessments in line with NICE guidelines Engage confidently and professionally with adult clients, both in-person and remotely Apply structured diagnostic tools including DIVA-5 , CAARS , QBTest , and DSM-5 criteria Complete thorough clinical evaluations and documentation Offer face-to-face assessments in Canterbury and/or remote assessments based on availability Essential Requirements: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) Current NMC registration Proven experience conducting adult ADHD assessments Skilled in the use of structured diagnostic and clinical assessment tools Up-to-date with clinical supervision , appraisal , and revalidation Appropriate indemnity insurance for self-employed practice Confident, organised, and compassionate in working with neurodiverse adults What We Offer: Flexible working - set your own hours with availability 7 days a week Competitive pay rate of £150 per assessment (approx. 2.5 hours) Outside IR35 self-employed contract Ongoing clinical supervision and professional development support A meaningful opportunity to support underdiagnosed and underserved individuals
