The company specialises in waste management with multiple sites around the Midlands and Staffordshire. The role will be varied and hands on. As a supervisor you will be responsible for 3 colleagues working together to unload incoming consignments, once inspected you will direct consignments to be sent for storage, segregation or processing. As a supervisor you will be the liaison between site, specialist teams and senior management. The role will have a range of reporting tasks and company procedures to follow to ensure site compliance. We are looking to speak with candidates who are experienced team leaders, ideally with some waste experience or knowledge. Candidates from the transport industry will have transferable skill sets. The company specialises in waste management with multiple sites around the Midlands and Staffordshire. The role will be varied and hands on. As a supervisor you will be responsible for 3 colleagues working together to unload incoming consignments, once inspected you will direct consignments to be sent for storage, segregation or processing. As a supervisor you will be the liaison between site, specialist teams and senior management. The role will have a range of reporting tasks and company procedures to follow to ensure site compliance.
