Near Burford, Cotswolds £34,000 per annum 09:00 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 13:00 Friday (30 hours per week) 20 days holiday + bank holidays The Burford Recruitment Company are working on behalf of a thriving property business who are looking for a proactive and highly organised Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, residential, and retail sites. The role will involve working closely with a small, dedicated team, liaising with tenants, suppliers, and contractors. The successful candidate will bring excellent communication and administrative skills, a hands-on approach, and a high level of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities Act as a first point of contact for tenants, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring prompt and professional communication Oversee the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio, maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders Support the delivery of full-cycle property management services, including site inspections, lease administration, acquisitions, and contractor coordination Manage supplier relationships and ensure works and contracts are completed to agreed standards and timescales Coordinate maintenance, renovation, and repair projects, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants Conduct tenant viewings, lease signings, key handovers, and end-of-term property checks Prepare and manage lease agreements, licences, and associated documentation Contribute to building maintenance planning and scheduling Maintain accurate property records using the company s IT systems Carry out research and assist with ongoing property projects as directed by senior management Skills and Experience Required Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role Background in property, facilities, or contract management Familiarity with lease agreements and legal/property regulations (desirable) Strong written, verbal, and numerical skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Xero is a bonus RICS accreditation (or working towards it) is beneficial but not essential
