To support this work, they are now looking for an AI & Automation Developer to join their team. You will be the leading figure in designing and developing the architectures to drive AI adoption across the business and automate highly complex processes. To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas: Strong experience with developing Automation & AI Architectures Technical expertise with tooling such as Automate Anywhere or UiPath Proven experience working with cloud platforms - Ideally Azure Extensive technical experience with AI Agents, Azure AI Services and Agentic process Automation Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java & R The role is offering up to £55,000 and is available on a hybrid working model with visits to the Birmingham office required 2-3 times a week.
