Key Skills required of CNC Mill Turn Programmer: Must have hands on working experience as a CNC Mill Turn Programmer (combined experience or either or) at least 5+ years Over 5 years experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator in a manufacturing environment. Must have the ability write own programs from scratch or edit Programs or Offline programming Proficiency in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials Experience of high precision engineering and tight tolerances Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
