I ntroduction on the role: Best location to be based: West Midlands, South East or London areas- This role will cover 2 locations As an Area Manager UK for the Crocs brand, you will be responsible for overseeing the Crocs stores in the UK, managing multiple store managers. Your role involves setting high standards for management performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving operational excellence. You will also focus on leadership development, talent recruitment, and financial accountability to maximize revenue opportunities. What will you do? Establish high standards for management performance, considering local market trends and customer expectations. Ensure compliance with all company policies and directives. Meet or exceed district financial projections, adapting strategies as needed. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills / Deliver a high level of operational excellence, including store appearance, loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Focus on providing an exceptional manager experience, understanding and incorporating customer service expectations. Supervise store manager function within the district, providing specific and timely feedback through coaching and corrective action. Assess and develop talent within the team. Select, assess, and develop talent through the recruitment and hiring of qualified Ambassadors. Establish and maintain high leadership standards to achieve successful management development. Lead by example in developing customer service skills, ensuring every guest receives friendly service. Adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate based on corporate objectives . Monitor and manage district financials to meet or exceed projections. Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibilities and accountability of the role. Who are you? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Retail Management, or related field. Proven experience in retail management (2-4 years), specifically overseeing multiple store managers . Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication and coaching abilities. Familiarity with labor management tools, scheduling processes, and retail regulations. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and financial accountability . Fluent in English Willingness to travel to our UK stores as well as periodically to our Hoofddorp office in the Netherlands . Highly proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Internet Microsoft Office, POS) Travel is required , ideally driving license. What do we offer?
