Your new company We are currently working with a local authority to support them in their search for 2 temporary Customer Service Advisors on a 6-month temporary assignment. They represent 18 local authorities and three Local Enterprise Partnerships and are led by the Mayor of the West Midlands. Your new role As a Customer Service Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for customers, you will speak with customers via a variety of methods, inbound and outbound calls and emails. Managing a team of Environmental Advisors, you will provide competent and proactive environmental support to onshore and offshore producing assets.
