The Role: Reporting to the Director of Capital Management, as Head of Capital Management and Reinsurance, you'll play a crucial part in optimising our balance sheet structure through equity, reinsurance, and debt strategies. Drive the production and delivery of Solvency Ratio, influencing the Group's approved internal model. Monitor capital requirements from rating agencies and external parties. What you'll need: You'll be qualified in Accounting, Actuarial, or CII, and bring a wealth of expertise, encompassing knowledge of Solvency 2, insurance accounting, and company law.
