Working on a variety of projects from single unit dwelling in the rural countryside to large office blocks in London, no two projects are ever the same. You'll be part of a diverse team who are spread across the country but are as supportive as having someone right next to you and that stems from the Directors who are extremely hands on and are keen to share their knowledge and expertise. Ensuring client objectives are understood and met. High degree of accuracy in own work. Understanding of energy modelling and working with sub-consultants with regards to getting the modelling done. Understanding of passive design techniques - orientation/glazing rations/U-values. Knowledge of services solutions to meet regulatory requirements and low carbon aspirations. Experience in writing Energy Statements Experience in writing Sustainability Statements based on BREEAM. Knowledge/experience in carrying out: Energy Strategy Sustainability Statements Daylight Study Thermal Comfort (TM59, TM52, TM49 etc) Part L compliance (SAP/SBEM).
