About the Role: Day to Day: + Supervise the Customer Service function, including the reception area, where customers check in to the park. + Manage the Lifeguarding team ensuring that customer safety is our first priority. + Manage a shared email customer service inbox dealing with customer enquiries. + Ensure that equipment and facilities are inspected and records kept. + Act as a first point of call for both employees and customers to resolve day to day issues onsite. + Keep calm under pressure and lead a team.
