Substantial experience of providing Audio Visual technical support in a large, networked environment, and knowledge of networking hardware and protocols, IoT, streaming protocols, video codecs, Dante An understanding in the design and conception of teaching space, the alignment of space design to different pedagogies and best practice in the use of technology (including technologies beyond AV) Experience of working in a Senior Management IT delivery role Experience of adapting services to meet customer's needs and identifying ways of improving standards.
