If you're a lover for music then you're also in for a treat and the young adult loves to play his guitar!As a Support Worker you will be responsible for:Providing active supportAssisting with jobs around the houseHelping the people we support with evening and morning routinesPersonal careMonitoring the wellbeing of the people we supportDealing with any issues that arise during the nightTo be successful you must firstly be passionate about supporting people with disabilities and share our values of being united, responsive, creative, honest and strong. You should be a patient and resilient individual who is willing to invest time in getting to know the people we support and understand what care best supports their needs. You must also be willing to have a varied style of communing as the person we support is non-verbal.
