Work closely with the marketing and product departments to align efforts and optimize sales potential. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Prepare and manage the annual sales budget, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities. Provide detailed sales reports, revenue analyses, and actionable insights to the executive team. Establish sales processes and infrastructure to support the growth and scalability of the business.
