The Technical BA will be responsible for support ing the Technical Project Manager and Science & Analytics Tower Leads with the ongoing definition and delivery activities for the project, to: Engage with Cyber, business and functional stakeholders to identify and collate business requirements and define value slices, epics and user stories including acceptance criteria Participate in the project scrum(s) as part of the cross-functional team Support PM and Product Owner(s) with prioritisation analysis and pipeline management Ensure project interfaces and touch po ints are defined and understood C apturing dependencies and risks to product delivery Undertake current and future state process mapping Solution analysis, design documentation and testing preparation as required Ensuring adherence to the banks policy, governance controls and design standards Deliver clear, engaging stakeholder communications Support transition to BAU including training and communications Support with technical solution presentations to senior Boards and approval committees Required Skills & Experience: Experience working as a true Business Analyst with in high performing project tea ms in complex technical programme s Prior experience as a Business Analyst within Highly Regulated organisations Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks including experiencing working within Scrum teams Exceptional skills and experience in process design and visualisation Exceptional business and IT stakehold er management and communication skills Exceptional written documentation and attention to detail Desirable Skills & Experience: Kno wledge of Cybersecurity principles and controls An understanding of any of the following: Cybersecurity Threat Detection, Response and Preventio n, Data E ngineering (data parsing, enrichment, curation, question focused analytics, ETL, pipeline resiliency, etc.), building solutions in Azure using python/Java, Databricks/Spark, Synapse, and any other data engineering and visualization tools would strongly benefit this role Familiarity with using JIRA Degree in engineering, computer science, computer security, or similar experience
