This very credible team have extensive experience in advising clients in respect to complex and high value development schemes including town centre and out of town regeneration, commercial, retail, sports, residential and mixed use developments, student accommodation, hotels, infrastructure and site remediation. As a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor you will be responsible for advising clients in respect of letters of intent, pre-construction services agreements as well as drafting and negotiating construction documents in respect of the above clients.
