English Heritage Jobs in London - Head Chef You will be part of a Catering department in Kenwood House, responsible for leading the kitchen team and producing innovative menus, while maintaining high standards. There are two cafes The Brew House and the Stewards Room both located near each other with a slightly different offer. The site is open 7 days a week from 9-6 in the summer season and 8-4 in the winter season. This year we will be participating in the Christmas at Kenwood events which run for 48 nights. We require a Head Chef with a baking and pastry background, responsible for managing and developing the kitchen team, managing costs, food safety systems and working closely with the Catering Manager on the menu offer. Role would be ideal for someone with a passion for homemade food, ingredients and a creative individual.
