Seven Education is looking for an Project Lead for Co-Production Alliance Social Work Teaching Partnership in Bexley. 1. Purpose of the job The Project Lead will take the lead role in ensuring that the project adheres to the framework and timelines laid down by the Co-Production Alliance Social Work Teaching Partnership in delivering its implementation plan; embedding the Teaching Partnership across the partner organisations; and evaluating the impact of the Implementation Plan. 2. Dimensions The Project Lead will be responsible for directly supervising the Teaching Partnership's Practice Education Lead and the Teaching Partnership's Project Support Officer. The Project Lead will provide strategic management to the Teaching Partnership across 2 South East London local authorities; a London-based Charity; the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent (as an associate partner). The role is responsible for coordinating and developing the Partnership; working with partners to ensure the delivery of workstream activity against The Department for Education Grant Funding criteria; managing the resources allocated to the Partnership (staff and financial); and reporting to the monthly Strategic and Operational Boards. Job Context: This post is grant funded to LB Bexley on behalf of the Co-Production Alliance Teaching Partnership This post is a fixed term contract, and would be available as a secondment post The post holder reports to the Principal Social Worker LB Bexley and to the Strategic Board The post holder has Financial/Resources oversight and control of project and programme budgets. The post holder will work a 36-hour week, with the occasional requirement to work outside 'normal' office hours.
