About the role As a Retail Development Manager you will report directly to the Retail Development Controller and work along side a team of RDM's to form the Regional Retail Team. Your role is crucial in delivering the companies objectives through the engagement and delivery of the Retail Plan. Working closely with your Premier and Family Shopper retailers to support and develop their businesses. This will be achieved through delivering against specific Key Performance Indicators.
