About The Role What will YOU be doing To take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the business within the Registered Office and (where in operation), the designated Local Offices. To promote high standards of professional practice, which recognise the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the clients receiving community care services. To be mindful of the strategic and commercial interests of the business and to take the lead in promoting its services and supporting its expansion plans. To ensure that each client receives care appropriate to their individual needs and in accordance with their Care and Support Plan. To oversee community placements for Local Authority, NHS and self funding clients, live-in services and temporary staff placement.
