We are looking to see that you have worked, within the last 2 years, within a position relevant to the residential care of children, working with children who have experienced significant trauma in their life to support and manage challenging and complex situations.You will ideally already hold your level 4 diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce but if needed, we are happy to support you achieve this qualification but also hope you will go on to undertake your level 5 in Leadership and Management. We will also put you through our in-house Therapeutic training provided by our Clinical Team.
