My international client are a market leader in the print and film industry based in Watford. They are looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join their busy, successful, Customer Care Team. Paying £25-27Kpa depending on experience. Job Summary: To be responsible for managing the order entry to cash process and delivering outstanding customer service to a range of Commercial key accounts, whilst following approved SOX compliant internal processes. In order to achieve this, the Account Coordinator will be required to liaise & work closely with other areas of the organisation as specified above.
