In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Conveyancer, supporting various tasks related to the conveyancing process. Additionally, you will handle specific responsibilities under supervision including sale and purchase transactions. To be eligible for this position, you must have at least 12 months of experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant. Duties: Managing both sale and purchase files from start to finish. Under supervision, conducting title checks on purchase transactions. Reviewing responses to pre-contract enquiries on purchase transactions.
