Responsibilities of our OpEx Coordinator: Co-ordinate the development of the site Opex program working closely with various departments Lead and assist in the delivery of improvement projects covering Performance and Growth, Quality Assured, Planet Passionate, People Passionate and any other identified KPI's Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify any areas of improvement Identify and highlight opportunities through data analysis and support in the delivery of the improvement activity Embed project improvements into the site MS Provide event follow up to monitor the progress of improvements Creation and coordination of the site cost down and improvement plans Partake in the Single Event Analysis (SEA) and champion the corrective action process Develop and install clear visual management and communication systems. Ensure CI activities are planned and designed to support the sites priorities Develop and deliver CI training across the full range of identified areas within TED Able to work with minimal supervision whilst still maintaining focus and drive Working proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement whilst maintaining compliance.
