Develop and manage the CAPEX project budget to secure the resources necessary to achieve the project objectives. This will include monthly reporting on actuals and forecasted spends. Ensure that the technical performance of the contractors is of the highest level, to ensure that the replacement transformers meet the performance requirements specified. Manage the legal position for all contracts to ensure that the requirements are delivered and that the correct procedures and protocols are followed. Manage the project to ensure that the consent requirements are managed and delivered. Manage the transition from a project basis to fully operational basis by leading the change management process effectively and efficiently. This will include all training, documentation, and handover requirements.
