The purpose of the role is to achieve successful Third-Party capture on fault claims, identify and action opportunities to provide other services to the Third Party relating to the claim for uninsured losses, and vehicle management requirements and you will be taking First Notification of Loss calls, via telephone, email or weekly memo from Insurers, capturing the necessary information relating to the claim, ensuring a complete and accurate description of accident circumstances is taken including details of involved parties and other relevant details of the claim. *Main Responsibilities: * - Dealing with all aspects of new claims - Communication with policy holders, third parties and associated parties - Utilising our case management system and bespoke insurance systems - Maintaining insurer and source relationships - Assess liability and obtain full road traffic circumstances on new claims - Answer calls effectively in a professional manner - Ensure claim data is accurately recorded - recoverability of subrogated repair claims and maximising profitability for our insurance customers - Identifying, obtaining, and collating evidence to defend claims - Handling of third-party claims - Identifying indemnity by reviewing policy documents - liaising with our insurers on claim and policy related queries - Processing AD claims in line with the insurers claims process# - Handling of hire claims, booking in and arranging vehicle replacements - Repair management and monitoring *Knowledge & skills: * An understanding of Accident Management, the insurance market and reserving claims.
