The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of engineering technicians to ensure that all planned and corrective maintenance is completed in the most efficient and safest manner possible. Having direct oversight of day-to-day planned and unplanned maintenance activities you will provide feedback to stakeholders in both Engineering and Operations depts on the status and progress all engineering work. You will work closely with the other engineering functions to drive efficiency in the execution of all maintenance work including planned and unplanned maintenance, capital projects and continuous improvement activities. You will be expected to use Root Cause and problem solving techniques to eliminate repeat issues which decrease manufacturing equipment uptime. You will report to our Engineering Team Leader.
