Essential & Desirable Skills: Relevant Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (e.g. NEBOSH or higher) Proven experience in health and safety administration, preferably within a laboratory or testing environment. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively in an aerospace context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate staff on safety procedures and support a large and growing team of engineers and technicians.
