The ideal candidate will be confident creating accurate patterns and working with intricate and luxury apparel. Please not that this is a Part time role. Pattern Cutter Luxury The Role. Develop new style patterns for production Work closely with the sample, design and technical teams on daily basis Develop production MTM and design change patterns on Gerber both prior to and post toile fitting Provide technical support to all areas of the production department Liaise with design department and ensure tech packs are detailed and accurate ready for new collections Liaise with machinists to monitor, maintain, and improve standards of quality & fit and resolve any pattern issues Pattern Cutter Luxury The Person: Minimum of 5 years experience of Pattern making CAD/CAM systems, knowledge of Gerber would be a distinct advantage Manual pattern cutting to an above average standard Experience of luxury apparel would be very desirable Good understanding of different sewing techniques and garment construction Ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds both internally and externally Ability to plan own workload, recognising priorities in relation to the smooth and efficient function of the overall business Computer literacy on Microsoft packages Must have experience in a similar role ideally working with luxury We regret that due to the high amount of interest that we receive for each of our vacancies, if you do not hear from one of our consultants within 5 days then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for this role.
