Position: Sales Director UK&I Based: Haddenham (hybrid) As leader of the UK&I Consumer Commercial Team, this position is responsible for setting the strategy and building a high performing team to strengthen relationships with the retailers in order to deliver business goals. This role is a key advocate of McCormick in the UK&I market and heavily external focused. The individual is responsible for bringing the voice of the customer alive in the business and helping McCormick to adjust its strategies in order to be successful with the UK&I retailers. This role is a key member of the UK&I Consumer Leadership Team, working cross-functionally in order to set the direction for the business & deliver it's short- and long-term goals.
