The Underwriting and Schemes (U&S) divisions within PIB are looking to deliver significant change across a large and diverse portfolio both in the UK and Europe. This includes a mixture of business transformation, technology, migration and integration projects. Working across a complex and evolving environment with direct contact with senior stakeholders. U&S are seeking an experienced Head of Transformation who is comfortable working at both detailed and strategic levels and who will rise to the challenges and opportunities associated with working in an acquisition led company. As Head of Transformation for U&S, you will oversee a digital, integration and data driven roadmap in partnership with the business, IT and Marketing to enable innovation, the deployment of new business models, the implementation of new technology and migration of processes to a robust target state operating model.
