Responsibilities: To be conversant with the needs of the client s contractual terms and to attend site meetings etc in the absence of the contract manager. To effectively supervise your team to ensure that activities and tasks are undertaken to the highest possible safety standards and in accordance with the contract terms and KPI s. To supervise, motivate and work as part of a team with the aim of ensuring productive working relationships within the team, with other employees, managers, clients, the public and end users. To be practically conversant with the use, general cleaning and basic maintenance of the locally used equipment. Ensure hand/power tools and grounds maintenance equipment, machinery and vehicles for your team are in good working order and secure, that routine maintenance is carried out and refer major mechanical problems to your contract manager or the workshop. To liaise with the client in a professional manner handling issues and requests efficiently and in accordance with Nurture Landscapes procedures. Proactively report incidents, suggestions, or concerns regarding the site/s, clients or team to your line manager. Skills and experiences: Passionate about the environment with a keen eye for detail.
