Essential: Masters Level or Doctoral degree in a Clinical Discipline. HCPC registered with extensive experience of special educational needs and/or CAMHS service delivery. Minimum of years of clinical experience as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, SALT or Psychotherapist with demonstrable leadership and management experience. Experienced in Trauma Informed Practice and/or Neurodivergence Experienced in systemic ways of working to support the helpers Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
