You will be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills and an ability to engage at all stakeholder levels. Desirable experience includes: Experience of working as a Process Lead, as a Business or Technical Analyst in the Energy industry ideally leading assignments supporting business and/or IT transformation. Experience of current and future industry and regulatory change Experience of business process mapping/business process re-engineering, or as a process lead or Customer Journey owner. Track record of finding innovative solutions to business challenges. The ability to create and maintain clearly written business requirements and functional system design documentation.
