Our client, a multi-franchise approved car dealership are currently looking to recruit an Customer Experience Manager to join their multi-franchise approved car dealership in the Treforest region.Reporting to the Service Manager, working alongside a Workshop Controller, and working as part of our client's management team, as the Customer Experience Manager you will be primarily responsible for monitoring and motivating a team of 4 Service Advisors which will provide work to a workshop of 13 Vehicle Technicians (and expanding!) and will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour. You shall also assist on the service reception with the booking in and out of customers as well as managing the Service Department as a whole in the Service Manager's absence.The successful applicant will ideally live within the Cheltenham region or be readily available to commute there and must have a proven track record in a Service Department at a workshop management/supervisory level.
