The successful candidate will manage a warm industrial temp desk, serving esteemed clients across Yorkshire. The role entails nurturing existing accounts while expanding the desk through strategic sales and account management. The role demands meticulous attention to compliance, alongside identifying and converting sales leads as per KPIs. A problem-solver with excellent planning, organisational skills, and a professional demeanour is sought after. GCSE in Maths and English, ICT proficiency, and a clear, effective telephone manner are essential. A driving license and car access are mandatory. Experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-focused roles, alongside a proven track record of business relationship development, is highly desirable. In return, Aqumen Recruitment offers a negotiable salary reflective of experience, with a range of £23,200 to £28,000 per annum .
